Service Receptionist (Garage)

Adecco Uxbridge are recruiting a Service Receptionist / Office Manager for a very successful Southall based Motor Repair Centre.

The role will include;

Booking in work and MOT’s
Allocating jobs
Reporting faults and findings back to customers and explaining work needed
Invoicing for customers
Cash handling
Parts ordering and stock control

The ideal candidate will

Be a fast learner
Be customer focused
Have a good telephone manner

This role does not require technical knowledge but would suit someone who has a mechanical understanding or an interest in vehicles.
