Service Desk Engineer – Hosting – 25-27k (Windows, Citrix, VMware)

Due to continued company growth a skilled Service Desk Engineer is required to be a part of the exciting and dynamic team that provides ongoing training and development to meet the ever changing customer requirements.
The company is a service provider who pride themselves on excellence and ambition, they are an award winning company with accreditations with major vendors such as Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, VMware etc. They have also won many industry awards in 2012 including; Young company of the year award, Enterprise vertical solutions award and a host of Data centre awards from Cloud services through to Data Centre Service Provider of the year awards.
Service Desk Analyst Key Skills:
Windows XP, 7 and 8
Windows Server 2003-2008 (2012 desirable)
Citrix XenApp
VMware
Networking with CiscoCertifications (1 or more required):
MCITP, MCSE, CCNA, VCP, BTEC, HND/HNC or BSc
