SERVICE DESK / PROJECT DELIVERY x 4
FULL TIME PERMANENT ROLE BASED IN MAIDENHEAD
£36,000 – £42,000 SALARY PER ANNUM + quarterly on target incentives + 23 days annual holiday + Healthcare + Company contributory pension scheme
15% commission on quarterly sales over £2k
£1000 for top sales
£1000 top QA score
£1000 top Client Satisfaction score
My client is a super-fast growing and innovative business which has established itself as a global leader in mobile app event technology.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
4years’ project delivery in website build, website design, or mobile apps environment.
2 years’ helpdesk support within mobile internet, web support or similar
An understanding of graphic file formats and artwork manipulation software
Experience working with data in Excel, Access, or API feeds
An understanding of web services HTML / XML
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:
A natural ability to build relationships
Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines
Desire to exceed clients’ expectations
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients
