- Salary £45,000 – £70,000 DOE

Are you a Service Delivery Manager, who is looking for a new challenge working on exciting projects? Are you someone who will take pride in quality, values teamwork and collaboration? If you are, then this role could be for you. MASS, a defence technology company are currently looking for a self-motivated and proactive Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Corsham.
How your experience will be utilised
Your experience will be utilised in leading the Service Delivery aspects of our programmes at Corsham. You will be responsible for establishing policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance, as well as identifying continuous improvement processes.
The day-to-day tasks of this position include:
- Incident management, restoring normal service operation as fast as possible to minimize an incident’s negative impact
- IT asset management, planning and managing the IT asset life cycle to maximize value, control costs, support IT asset decision-making, and meet regulatory and contractual requirements
- Service validation, ensuring new or changed products and service meet defined requirements
- Building and maintaining customer relationships

You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as being ITIL qualified (or equivalent).
It would also be a benefit if you have experience managing stakeholders in a public sector environment or have worked within the Defence industry.

- Due to the highly secure nature of the projects you’ll be working on, you must be willing to undergo and maintain appropriate UK government DV-Level security clearance
