Service Controller

Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

Stratton Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership, with a market leader with an outstanding reputation. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Service Controller to their existing team.

With over 24 years of experience in the industry, our client is growing rapidly and are requiring a Logistics Controller to join the team.

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 40hrs a week 1 hour unpaid break

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Process customer calls for the Service Department.

• Complete management of manufacturer warranty process.

• chargeable & non-chargeable job sheets to include Fuel Utilities, Fuel

• Recording duty on call forms and adding to breakdown list.

• Consolidation of the service list.

• Resolution of service list queries.

• Create and distribute service lists.

• Create and distribute overdue list.

• Process on/off/exchanges on to service list.

• Assist in the production of Management Reports.

• Plan and maintain the Service list to include the application of permits.

• Oversee the running of the Service Contract.

• Support the fuel management function.

Qualifications required:

• Confidence with IT and Microsoft packages

• Administration/Office Work or experience;

• Plant Service experience (Desirable)

• Service controller experience is desired but not essential.

• MUST be competent on Excel.

• The candidates must be able to at least be able to sort data, accurately and reasonably
