Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: Experienced Service Advisor Required for Car Dealership.

Our client requires an experienced automotive Service Advisor, with recent Main Dealer experience, to work within their busy Service department in the Scunthorpe area.

You will need to be a confident at building professional relationships, able to advise customers on minor technical and motor related issues whilst delivering first class service. You will also need to achieve objectives and targets set out by this Motor Trade Main Dealership.

While working within a team of Service Advisors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers. You will be required to schedule vehicles for servicing, maintenance or repair work and, when necessary, arrange courtesy vehicles.

You will greet customers, liaise with technicians in the workshop, follow up work in progress, keep customers informed at all times and gain authorisation for additional work to be carried out. You will deal with customer queries and resolve issues to ensure your customers’ satisfaction, whilst adhering to protocol set out by this Main Dealer.

You must also possess a full UK driving license as you may be required to move motor vehicles.
