Salary: £27,000 – £33,600 + Bonus
Our client a highly successful car retailer is looking for a Service Advisor to join their expanding team, salary £27,000 – £33,600 plus bonus. In this role you will work on leading car brands.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be embarking on a career with great prospects; Playing a crucial role in driving the business forward. You will be the first point of contacts visiting the dealership. Daily task would include greeting customers, answering the phone, keeping customers updated with any workshop queries, explaining detailed work carried out on the customer vehicles, raising invoices, taking payments from customers, maintaining the customer database ensuring details are up to date and correct.
The Service Advisor role requires:
- Previous experience working in the motor trade is desired
- Excellent customer care
- Approachable & confident personality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences
- Proficient use of computers and a quick learner of new computer systems
- Initiative
