Motor Trade Service/Parts Advisor required in Cambridge

Approximately £18-20,000 – Depending on Experience + Bonus

We are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a Main Car Dealer in Cambridge.

An opportunity has arisen for an extremely customer focussed candidate with at least 2 years’ experience in a Main Dealer Aftersales role. The dealership is of a significant size and consequently the aftersales department can, at times, be a busy and pressurised environment. The successful candidate will be immaculately presented, have an eye for detail, effective and possess the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent organisational skills are needed, and a desire to go the extra mile to provide an excellent level of customer service. Experience of a vehicle DMS would be an advantage.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers entering the department to discuss and make bookings for servicing and repairs. You will play a part in workshop loading along with chasing up previous enquiries with a view to turning them into bookings. You will also be targeted on the sale of Parts from the front counter, along with the allocation of Parts to the workshop. You should have recent and relevant career history, along with a passion for dealing with customers, a strong sales aptitude and a full UK Driving Licence.
