Customer Service Advisor
This role is working within the E Commerce industry, liaising with Customers, being the forefront of the business to ensure that the Customers receives the highest level of service that they won’t forget.
• You will need to have had or be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise and knowledge within an E- Commerce role or situation.
• Be comfortable in front of customers as well as on the Telephone and Email.
• A problem solver, with a can do attitude.
• Ensure order details are correct every time.
• A good listener and communicator at all levels.
• Flexible in your approach to work.
• Get the job done attitude.
• Friendly, Outgoing, Professional at all times.
• Hard working.
• Self Starter.
• Hands on Team Player
• Reliable with a Positive input to the role and systems.
• Comfortable working in a very busy fast paced environment
This is a Permanent Position.
Working Hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday 2 Hours at the Weekend
