Service Administrator

A new opportunity has arisen with one of the largest and most successful automotive retailers in the Kent area for a Service Administrator. The role requires you to help assist within the service department and you will be required to answer incoming telephone calls/enquires, make bookings, make outbound prospecting calls along with general administration duties. The Role

Help assist the service advisors within the department
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers as they arrive in the maintenance area
Talking to customers about the services provided and what problems they are experiencing with their vehicles
Answering incoming telephone calls and scheduling service appointments
You will be carrying out the administration for the service department
You will be prospecting customers
Documenting the repairs using the in-house computer software package
Upselling optional services and vehicle health checks to the customersWho we are looking for

The ideal candidate with have experience working in the automotive industry, with a good knowledge of the service department.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience using Kerridge
You will have excellent customer facing skills with the ability to communicate well with people at all levels
Understand the importance of ensuring excellent customer service at all times
You will have proven experience in administration
You will be motivated and able to work under pressure efficientlyWhat’s on offer?

£26,000basic salary dependent upon experience
