Service Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Roche.

Our Client is a Commercial Main Dealer and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team.

For your hard work as a Service Administrator our client is offering a salary of up to £28,800.

Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are: Monday to Friday 45 Hour Week!

Responsibilities of a Service Administrator for our Client:

Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.The ideal Service Administrator will

Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role
Experience of DMS
Good customer service skills with technical understanding
A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
