Senior Web Designer (UX/UI)

JOB BRIEF
Our client is looking for a talented Senior Designer to lead data/results and have a user driven approach to creating amazing digital user experiences and results for their clients. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and beautiful design, possess great UX/UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. A proven track record in data driven design is a preferable.

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Lead UX/UI efforts whilst collaborating with project management and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
*Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
*Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
*Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
*Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
*Conduct user and analytics research to evaluate user feedback
*Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

REQUIREMENTS
*Proven UX/UI experience
*Demonstrable UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio
*Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
*Proficiency in Photoshop or other visual design and wire-framing tools
*Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
*Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
*Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
*Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
*Great communication skills – we want someone we can confidently put in front of a client or who can collaborate with our developers and project managers.
*A motivated team player who can work to deadlines, take ownership and all the usual stuff that makes you a great employee.

DESIRABLE
*Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
*Experience in A/B testing and familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
*Experience in Travel and Multilingual Websites.
