Salary: £84,000 – £102,000 per year
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Technical Manager to work for arguably the most prolific housing developer in the South East.
This will be a pivotal role within the technical department and will oversee residential housing schemes of high specification units.
Part of the role will be to oversee and discharge the section agreements for the developments as well as liaise with external consultancies to review all drawing documentation.
The ideal candidate will come from another recognisable name in residential development as a house builder or main contractor and be able to demonstrate longevity and loyalty in their permanent career history.
