Care Assistant / Support Worker (Adult Social Care)

Position: Care Assistants
Location: Northampton, Towcester & Daventry
Hours: various, to include lates / earlies and alternate weekends
Salary: £26,000per yearpro-rata
Benefits: include qualifying period applies, up to 6 weeks leave (pro-rata), full training programme and development opportunities, Pension Scheme, occupational sickness pay up to 4 weeks at full pay etc.
About the Role:
They are looking to recruit Care Assistant (s) / Support Worker (s) within their residential care homes for older people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health issues or living with dementia.
Their homes provide a safe and comfortable home from home atmosphere where their dedicated care teams ensure a relaxed and friendly environment with a full range of services to include home cooking,socialising and relaxing, personal care, management of medication, motivation and encouragement.
About You:
will have a positive approach to working with older people and want to support their customers to get the most out of life, including supporting them with daily personal care and activities. You will be a good communicator at all levels, flexible and reliable, over 18 and physically able to meet the demands of the role. This position offers you great opportunities to advance your professional development with Olympus Care Services extensive training programme.
