Job Title: Senior Structural Technician
Office Location: Swansea
Salary Range: Up to £48,000
A position has opened up for a Senior Structural Technician to join a specialist engineering consultancy based in Swansea.
You will work closely with the Senior Engineer to assist on a range of projects across the residential, industrial & commercial sectors, you will be tasked with detailing and modelling buildings, whilst assisting with the development of a junior technician within the team.
Job Specification:
HNC/HND in Civil/Structural Engineering;
5+ years’ experience in the structural engineering sector;
Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Revit experience would be beneficial;
Experience of working with steel, masonry, timber & concrete;
Driving licence and access to a car.The successful applicant will be involved in the detailing & modelling of building structures, whilst working closely with engineers to create accurate drawings.
You will also play a key role in the development & management of more junior staff and attending design meetings with clients & colleagues.
