Salary: £51,720 – £67,920 per year

WHAT TO EXPECT
Working as a Senior Solution Engineer, you will gain unique insights into how our platform is being used and design optimisations and features to support our users, design, prototype and guide the development team on building APIs using open standards (AsyncAPI, OpenAPI spec). You will understand our data, process and APIs enabling you to answer questions from internal and external engineers utilising our products and take technical ownership of a specific domain in our API platform (/customer, /orders etc.) and explore how we integrate and expose that through, experience, process and system APIs. You will federate our platform standards allowing other teams to deploy APIs.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
in Software Engineering, or similar background
Working knowledge of software engineering and architecture patterns, with the ability to understand how a wide variety of technologies and systems interact with each other
Working knowledge of protocols and standards such as REST, GQL, GPRC
Understand and have practical experience of working with the Open API Spec
Technical proficiency in a programming language such as GoLang or Java
