Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year
Senior NPI Engineer – £45k-£50k – Cambridgeshire – Electro-Mechanical
My client design, develop and manufacture electro-mechanical products that are used across the world in a variety of different industries. They are looking for an experienced hands-on Senior NPI Engineer to work on the whole lifecycle of product development from concept and prototype stages, through to production.
Main Duties:
+ Work on new product development projects
+ Develop electro-mechanical production processes
+ Manage prototype builds
+ Support root cause analysis of prototype build issues
+ Define rules for DFMA
+ Support production
Skills and experience required:
+ Degree qualified in relevant engineering discipline
+ Electro-mechanical product manufacturing experience
+ Experience in the end-to-end NPI process
+ Good understanding of electro-mechanical production processes
+ Experience in medium to high volume manufacture & test
+ Experience in Six Sigma would be beneficial
The salary will be between £54,000 – £60,000depending on experience with the company able to offer more for the right candidate. There is also a generous benefits package available.
