Senior Site Manager

Salary: £288 – £312 per day

Job Type: Contract/Freelance

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager with a high level of experience to work on a Project in Corby.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the site team
• Overseeing the pre-construction
• Ensure that all-relevant Health and Safety Procedures are adhered to
• Liaising with various staff such as Sub-contractors and Contracts Managers
• Providing clear direction to the on-site sub-contractors
• Following quality control

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Site Manager working on the refurbishment of a commercial project
• SMSTS
• CSCS card
• First Aid
