Senior Marketing Manager

Salary: £450 per day

ORGANISATION

My client is an exciting B2C and B2B business based in Warwickshire. Due to an ambtitious set of growth plans, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their business and spearhead the push forwards. 

THE ROLE

Reporting in to the senior management team, this brand new role will require you to develop and deliver exciting multi-channel (including TV) marketing campaigns that will elevate the position of the business and generate commercial opportunity in line with the business’ growth plans. Your role will be multi-faceted, and you’ll lead a successful team in covering new consumer product / proposition development and launch, generating corporate sales leads, design, brand campaigns and forging strong relationships across both traditional offline and digital channels. You will play a key role in putting the customer at the heart of all marketing activitiy and will be adept at engaging through CRM and assciated technology. This a hugely commercial role awhere you’ll own the methodology to deliver outstanding return on ivestment.

THE PERSON

The succesful candidate for this opportunity will:

– have experience of developing and delivering multichannel B2C & B2B campaigns (ideally from a consumer-facing business)

– be a strong leader who is able to develop and motivate their teams 

– be adept at post-campaign analysis to monitor return but also to fine tune for future campaigns

– have a commercial mindset that enables them to spot opportunity

– have the ability to develop internal and external relationships, as well as managing external stakeholders e.g. agencies

– emjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
