Job Title: Senior Service Delivery Engineer
Location: Flexible hybrid working scheme – occasional onsite visit to Leeds
Pay: £500-£550 per day (DOE)
IR35: Outside
La Fosse are partnered with a leading Law Firm who are on a major Technological transformation period into the Cloud.
We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Engineer to create and formalise a Service Design practice. The ideal Service Design Engineer will assist in the creation of the Service Design framework and associated artefacts to support the deliveries from the dept. both for new projects and services.
Skills Required:
- ITIL V.4 Service Mgt. Qualifications.
- Strong experience delivering Service Design, autonomously with minimal support.
- Good understanding of on-prem and Cloud hosted (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS) solutions
- Experience of working within internationally distributed organisations
- Experience in working with low level network technology services.
- Certification and/or qualifications in Service Design or Design Thinking
- Strong stakeholder management skills
