Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
We are currently recruiting for an exciting Senior Sales Negotiator position in South Kensington; offering up to £30,000 – £42,000base salary + 10% commissions and an OTE of £55k+
* This Senior Sales Negotiator position offers the opportunity for progression to the manager and eventually a partner in the business within 3-6 months reviews. This will include an equity potential in the sales business after 6 months.
* This company is a well-recognised and upmarket nationwide and international estate agency brand with multiple offices.
* To be considered for this Senior Sales Negotiator position, you must have 3-4yrs+ of residential property sales experience in a prime London estate agency.
In return, the Senior Sales Negotiator will receive the following:
* Basic Salary: £30,000 – £42,000- Depending on experience.
* Commissions: 10%
* OTE (On Target Earnings): £45,000 – £55,000
* Paid completion of NFoPP (Sales) exams and NAEA membership
* Pool Car provided but a driving license is not needed. Most viewings are within walking distance
* Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm. Alternate Saturdays per month 10am to 2pm
* Average Instructions Per Month: 30 – 40
* Office Team: 9 Employees
