We’re seeking a Senior Reward, Policy & Benefits Advisor to take responsibility for the delivery of the strategic direction for Policy & Benefits practices to recommend improvements to the processes which support the Employee Life-cycle.

The role will cover the Analysis of reward related data to highlight trends and issues to the HR Managers across the business. You’ll also manage updates to and development of new Employment law policy across the Severn Trent Group and support business re-organisations as required with job evaluations and reward advice.

You will also take responsibility a variety of employee relations casework and projects (appeals, tribunals etc) and will work closely with managers and employees across Seven Trent Water to bring these to a positive resolution.

About you

We’re seeking someone with previous experience managing Reward & Benefits projects within timescales and to a high quality standard. You’ll have knowledge of and experience in completing job evaluation in particular Hay Job Evaluation experience.

You’ll have strong analytical skills (using excel) gained within a Generalist HR / Payroll or Accounting role.

Finally, you will have great communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong customer focus; you will be passionate about HR and helping managers make the best decisions possible.
