Facilities Management (FM) Recruitment Senior Consultant or Manager – Exeter

My Client has an aggressive plan for expansion when other construction recruitment organisations are ‘pulling their horns in’ this is due to the fact that they have become a prosperous company with a strong reputation of offering ‘tailor made recruitment solutions’.

Specialising in building and construction, maintenance services, mechanical and electrical, FM and trades & labour.

They are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Manager to join the team who is experienced in Facilities Management (FM) recruitment within Construction in a 360 degree role.

You must possess a minimum 24 months proven track record of success developing opportunities within FM. You will be a self motivated, go getter with drive, enthusiasm and passion who will rise to the challenge and strive for success.

The successful candidate will enjoy working with a fun but hard working team, a good salary and fabulous commission structure. In addition you must possess a driving license and have access to a car.

Basic Package up to £30,000 (DOE – possibly a bit more for a superstar), superb commission and a great team of like-minded individuals
