We are looking for an experienced Physicist with a strong background of developing novel electro-mechanical printing products to join an innovative printing technologies company who are shaping the future of the digital printing marketplace with its ground breaking advancements in Technology.
This is a key role within an established R&D team. As one of the R&D teams more experienced Physicists you will be leading and precipitating in groundbreaking printing technology – you need to be innovative, highly intuitive and creative. This is a hands on research & development role and you must be able to apply your knowledge to conceptualise and develop new technologies.

To be considered for the role of R&D Physicist you need the following:
Education
Essential
A good degree 2.1 or above in Physics from a Russell Group University or similarHighly Desirable
A higher degree (Masters OR Doctorate/PhD) in a relevant subjectExperience
At least 5 years’ experience in a scientific, R&D or Product Development role.
A good understanding of:
Electrostatics,
Microfluidics
Colloids
Inkjet Printing
Hands on experimental design including DOE (design of experiments)
Proof of Project Leadership/ Project management and working to commercial timescalesKey Skills – Physicist, Printing, Inkjet, laser, microfluidics, colloids, electrostatics, research, development, R&D. Physics,
Chemical Physics, Physical Scientist, Physical Scientist, dispersion.
