Salary up to £54,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package
Our client has established a record of accomplishment of building and refurbishing prestigious projects through the South. The types of projects undertaken are a distinctive in appearance and individual in character.
The specification for each development are carefully chosen to reflect the demands of today’s stringent lifestyle with an emphasis placed on design that matches the needs of each particular purchaser group.
They are looking for a commercial savvy Quantity Surveyor who is able to adapt to a changing environment.
This role would suit a contracting Surveyor who is frustration with large company politics and procedures. If you enjoys making money and maximises profit they this role is for you.
Responsibilities will include CVRs, preparation of tenders documents, sub contract and materials procurement, preparation of budget costings and valuation of project variations and maximising profit.
The successful applicants will have several years experience in a similar role, be well organised with good presentation skills and have the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
