Senior Quantity Surveyor – Facades

Salary: £204 per hour

Senior Quantity Surveyor leading facades / aluminium window systems manufacturer. Happy to employ the Senior Quantity Surveyor on a PAYE or Self-employed basis

We are working alongside a £170m turnover contractor who have an 80,000 square foot facades and aluminium window systems manufacturing plant in the Midlands area. They a keen to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor ideally with facades industry experience to be based in their London office with the responsibility of commercially running 2 Facades schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the value engineering, managing the subcontract procurement, management of subcontract accounts, negotiation of subcontract terms and conditions, monthly valuations; profit planning, identification and valuation of variations, detailed monthly cost / value reporting and the management of all Junior commercial staff working on allocated projects.

We are under strict instructions to provide Senior Quantity Surveyor’s that meet the following criteria;

Minimum of 10 years working as a Quantity Surveyor

Experience and understanding of the facades industry.

Stable career history

Live within commuting distance of London

Successful career to date.
