Assistant Quantity Surveyor | £30,000 – £35,000 | Brighton | Main Contractor / Social Housing | Permanent
This well-established principal contractor delivers high-quality internal and external refurbishments within multiple sectors and specialises in the delivery of social housing and decent homes schemes across London and the South East.
We are currently looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and carry out Social Housing / Decent Homes maintenance and refurbishment projects as part of a 4-year framework in the Brighton area.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will need to demonstrate some experience of working on social housing / decent homes, strong commercial awareness and a genuine desire to always deliver the best possible service levels.
Candidates will need to hold a driving license as the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will likely be working across multiple sites in the region.
