Salary: £54,000 – £78,000 per year

Projects: Local Authority, Education, Housing, Residential and Commercial
Company Headcount: 25 – 35
Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
MRICS/MCIOB qualified
Strong knowledge of working to JCT contracts predominantly
Experience of leading projects independently
Previous experience of working in a consultancy
Excellent client facing skills
