WHAT WE OFFER – £17,000 – £18,500 A YEAR

Based in Cardiff City Centre this is an exciting and challenging position for a proactive, highly motivated and energetic individual to lead a team of six Property Co-Ordinators. You must enjoy working in a fast paced, highly pressurised, and fun office environment. This position will report to the Lettings Support Centre Partner ensuring that they deliver compliance focused customer service in an efficient and effective manner.

Qualified to NFOPP Technical Award Level 3 standard and with previous Lettings and/or Property Management experience, the ideal candidate will assist in delivering excellent customer service across the board. They must have proven team management, communication and team building skills as well as being able to network effectively with internal and external departments adapting their style to influence others.

Skills & Experience

•Qualified to NFOPP Technical Award Level 3 or equivalent
•Proven team management experience
•Previous experience working within the property industry
•Excellent letter and email writing skills
•Good analytical and investigative ability
•First-rate customer service skills
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
•Excellent organisational and time management skills
•Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
