Salary: £96,000 per year
Senior Project Manager (Midlands Coventry/Kettering)
Preferable 10 years’ experience working on fast-track design and build type projects comprising sheds/industrial units including managing internal MHE/Mezzanines with offices and all associated external works and capable of overseeing large value project of circa £25m so preferable location is within 45 mins of Coventry/Kettering)
This person would be responsible for overall performance of project including programme, quality, client satisfaction, delivery, and commercial performance.
PM would report to Contracts Manager/Project Director(visiting) and provide regular reports on each project covering all aspects of project every month.PM would present the monthly Project Report (MPR) on site to Contract Manager/Regional Commercial Manager and Construction Director.
PM would work closely with the Project Surveyor and Design Manager as a “team” overseeing this project.
Salary expectations would depend on relevant experience but would start at a basic of £96,000plus benefits.
Appointment of this position will be May/June 22.
