Senior Project Engineer

Are you a BMS Project Engineer and looking for a new and exciting challenge?
I have an exciting and challenging BMS PROJECT ENGINEERS role working for a very well established company that offer great training and the potential for future progression within the company. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of Ideally Trend experience and/or Siemens/Andover Continuum Trend BMS You will also requires an in-depth knowledge of BMS including software/graphics design and production. Also you’ll have a good practical knowledge of building services and electrical systems.

The Job Objectives and Responsibilities are:
* To successfully and profitably deliver new and existingproject works, ensuring the contractual standards and meeting all Health & Safety and compliance requirements
* Actively pursue Project opportunities that occur from the portfolio working closely with the Sales Team and Project Supervisors
* Ensure delivery to the expected high standards in line with both the company and contracted agreement.

The Main Duties will include:
* To be responsible for the effective delivery of projects within the region
* Work under the direction of a project manager to provide the BMS system engineering,
procurement, software, graphics, commissioning and O & M documentation for upgrade,
refurbishment and new build projects
* Maintain all processes and procedures in accordance with company / contract procedures
* Take a pro-active role in carrying out customer care to ensure they are satisfied with project
Delivery
* Implement strategy to ensure consistent and efficient delivery
* Be responsible for ensuring that all reports are produced on time detailing accurate and
informative information
* Identify opportunities for project and energy saving initiatives
* Ensure Health and Safety standards are never compromised and that processes and
documentation is regularly reviewed and maintained
* To take ownership of shortfalls in service delivery and manage complaints effectively
* Work within our customer access and security constraints throughout the region
* Preparation and submittal of quotations for replacements, upgrades and small project works
* The management and delivery of project works throughout the region where required
* Participate in training and development activities as appropriate
* Lead by example
* Undertake other duties as requested by the Director
