Senior Environmental Test Engineer
We currently have a terrific position for a Senior Engineer to join a prestigious engineering organisation in Middlesex.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Conduct and supervise product testing
• Evaluate post test data through reduction analysis and interpretation of instrumentation data and develop simple analysis tools.
• Prepare and issue flash and full test reposts for review by customers and internally
• Preparation of test procedure and schedules to include test facility selection and oversight, test design and fixture development.
• Develop test program plan
• Evaluate post test data through reduction analysis and interpretation of photographic data and develop simple analysis tools
• Provide guidance and support to junior test engineers on issues of test conduct.
• Conduct detailed analysis of any failure encountered during test.
• Advise internal and external customers / suppliers / partners etc on test queries.
• Advise customers, government authorities and suppliers on technical matters relating to testing

Qualifications and Experience
Solid commercial and financial understanding of product life cycle
Extensive experience of conducting successful environmental tests and producing reports and technical data
Highly developed communication skills
Thorough grounding in H&S test environments
In depth knowledge of test and measurement instrumentation
Knowledge of signal processing and analysis
Knowledge of vibration and climatic test techniques and systems
Extensive data analysis skills
Degree in aeronautics mechanical or aero structures
