Ever wondered what it’s like to take a company’s first Product to market?
Interested implemented product processes & strategies?
But don’t want to lose your core PO skills?
A heavily backed FinTech start-up born out of a significant e-com group is looking to add its 5th member to the team.
The challenge is to own the product from origination to implementation. Operate as the PO for the offshore team, manage internal stakeholders (the investors) and their first customer – it’s a big one too!
How you undertake the challenge of the PO and the process is up to you! You will be given full autonomy to make this work, whilst having experienced support in the current team and the original company it was born out of for your security.
Having received their first round of funding, growth (major growth including building a PO team) is expected in 6 months with a second bought of funding. The long term plan (3years) is to hit 100s million in revenue and it is very easily done with the current customer base.
So, if you truly want to own a product and build something with your own stamp on it, we want to talk to you!
Especially if you have the following experience:
- Worked in a Technical( Cloud) environment as a Product owner
- Managed onshore\offshore teams
- Been customer centric\focused
- Understand Development cycles and DevOps environments
- Owned a roadmap for a product (Ideally from Origination or taken a new feature to market)
- Still enjoy being hands-on with Epics \ User Stories
Any experience in FinTech \ Credit \ Ecom \ Retail would be great but not needed.
Remote with occasions on-site in Manchester
Salary up to £96,000 with Medical, Pension, Bonus and many more
