Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background as a Product Owner in a very technical environment. You will have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management, problem-solving skills and a passion for customer experience. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a relentless pursuit for improvement.

Responsibilities

* Serve as Product Owner to one or more Scrum agile development teams

* Ownership of the product roadmap

* Leading development of product vision and strategy

* Building strong relationships with end-users, the business, stakeholders and the development teams

* Serve as the voice of the client within the platform engineering team

* Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product

* Attend product refinement, sprint planning and sprint reviews working closely with the team following an Agile process throughout the development process.

* Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation

* Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team

* Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals

* Assess value, develop cases, prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure the team focuses on highest value tasks

* Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product

* Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so they are clearly understood by stakeholders and the development teams

* Write high-quality user stories that are unambiguous, testable, and verifiable

* Work with the UX team to ensure that UX and user stories are fully aligned

* Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience, integrations and dependencies

* Ensure the implemented product meets platform and end-user requirements and is secure
