Senior / Principal Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services)

Our client is a highly respected Mechanical, Electrical and Low Carbon Consulting Engineering practice based in the West Yorkshire area, with a strong reputation for delivering complex schemes in the Commercial, Residential, Retail and Leisure sectors.

With the business experiencing continued growth alongside long term framework agreements, the opportunity has arisen to add a talented Lead Electrical Design Engineer to the ranks in order to strengthen the M&E Design Management Team. The company works directly for the end user on many of their key accounts and therefore operates a highly client facing service with additional project management responsibilities.

Applications are invited from professionally qualified and experienced Electrical Building Services Design Engineers, capable of taking responsibility for full electrical detailed design for a variety of new build and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will be working in conjunction with the Directors & Partners, managing design teams and working directly with the end user to agreed deadlines.

Clear communication and strong man management will be required for such a key role in the organisation, other sought after qualities include: –
