Looking for an experienced Senior PCB Layout Designer who ticks most (preferably all!) of the following boxes:
Good ATE probe card/loadboard experience, preferably with Teradyne Ultraflex
Experience of HDI layout with components down to 0.4mm pitch CSP
Experience of audio layout
Experience of PADS PCB layout
ATE & HDI layout experience are the two most critical items for Senior PCB Layout Designer role.
Just to reiterate on my clients priorities for this Senior PCB Layout Designer role, They rank them as follows;
1. Solid experience of multi-site high pin count ATE probe card, PIB & loadboard Layout (especially Teradyne Ultraflex)
2. Substantial experience of multi-lamination HDI layout using high pin count (100 pins +) ultra-fine pitch (0.4mm and below) CSP/BGA devices.
3. Audio and mixed signal layout experience
4. PADS layout experience (nice to have someone we don’t have to train on a new CAD, but not a deal breaker by any means)
Having said that ATE experience is the most important thing on my clients wish list, my client is also happy to consider Senior PCB Layout Designer candidates who lack ATE experience but meet the HDI and audio layout experience requirements
