Senior Operations Marketing Assistant

Salary: £26,000 – £28,080 per year

Fantastic opportunity to join a small dynamic marketing team contributing to the planning of marketing operations with the objective of driving through sales to a niche clientele.

The position is varied and will involve managing online mailing plans, updating website and promotional literature, Managing PR and organising exhibition stands (given COVID these may not go ahead) and routine tasks.

Assisting with social Media and PPC advertising would be helpful at times but given the normal workload involved in the role this will be limited.

Proven skills in creating and managing mailings is essential along with excellent communication skills. Good knowledge of CMS based web editing is desirable with a working knowledge of HTML preferable. It would also be preferable (though not essential) that the successful candidate have some knowledge of Social Media and PPC

Experience of working with mailchimp/ wordpress/ HTML preferred

Excellent written skills and a good eye for detail is essential.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated, down to earth, happy to play a hands-on role and is prepared to ‘get stuck in’ and make a difference. Good communication skills with members of other teams is essential as you will be required to work closely with customer facing teams.
