Due to several recent project wins we are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a very well established and very successful international Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy who have a healthy order book in place for the remainder of 2021.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will be a lead member of the design team managing mechanical services design RIBA stages 2-4 on an array of projects.
* Assisting with design development on high value and varied projects.
* Helping with training and mentoring the Junior Engineers in the team.
* Representing the client at Design Team and Client Meetings.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
* Qualified to MEng or BEng Degree level or equivalent in either mechanical engineering or building services engineering.
* Relevant experience as a Senior or Principal level Mechanical Design Engineer within a consultancy is essential.
* The Senior Mechanical Engineer will ideally hold Chartered status through CIBSE or the IMechE however not essential.
* The Senior Mechanical Engineer will ideally have experience of working on a range of projects within the built environment.
