Senior Management Accountant
Job Description
Senior Management Accountant required to join our client an established Accountancy practice in Dudley on a full time, permanent basis. To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA) with a strong practice background.
Practice Management Accountant Position Overview
- Review of larger and more complex management accounts and year-end files
- Being responsible for a portfolio of larger clients including specialist areas
- Leading a meeting with larger clients on management accounts and year-end accounts
- Complete review of the audit file before final RI sign off.
- Leading staff appraisals for semi-senior and senior staff members and also assisting a director with appraisals for supervisor level.
Practice Management Accountant Position Requirements
- Ability to review a variety of special work to a competent level prior to director sign off (forecasts, due diligence, R&D claims etc).
- Being able to quote for jobs of all sizes, subject to director sign off.
- The individual should be ACCA qualified
Practice Management Accountant Position Remuneration
Salary £55,000 – £60,000
Hours 40 hours per week (including a 1-hour lunch break)
Flexi hours Staff can start work any time between 8am – 10am
Annual leave 25 days including 3-day Christmas shut down + bank holidays
Hybrid working after probationary period
