Senior Land Surveyor

Our client is a multi-disciplined surveying consultancy, specialising in Land Surveys, Underground Utility Surveys and Asset data collection.

Market leaders in Surveying services, which include Underground Utility Location Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Measured Building Surveys and Asset Data Collection services. Their specialities have enabled them to secure substantial contracts and work volumes from clients in the form of framework agreements as well as large one off contracts.

Their portfolio covers a wide variety of sites and specifications and they have extensive experience working for Water Authorities, Local Authorities, House Builders, National Grid, Electricity Alliances, the MOD, Railway Consultants, Environment Agency and Petroleum Companies.

Reporting to the Project Manager you would be required to work with both Land and Utility Surveyors on projects throughout the UK. The successful candidate would be fully conversant with all aspects of Land Surveying including Measured Building Surveys and GPS control surveys. Additional training will also be provided through a comprehensive program of development. A working knowledge of SCC processing software and AutoCAD would be desirable as would experience of working alongside Underground Utility Surveyors.
