A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Leeds, offering a Graduate Quantity Surveyor the chance to be a part of a team of highly motivated and professional individuals. The team is in house at a national consultancy, it is growing fast and there are plenty of options for progression. About the role

This is a full time consultancy position, as a member of a dedicated and professional Quantity Surveying team. You will be involved in a number of large projects across a variety of sectors, including the property and commercial sectors.

You will be based both on site and in the office, involved in pre-contract work and procurement, through to final accounts. You will be working closely with reputable clients in the Residential and Commercial arena.

The team is expanding, exciting and had been going from strength to strength in the market.

You will me mentored through your APC by excellent senior members of the QS team, giving you the best opportunity at becoming a chartered QS.

About you

Alongside a degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, it is recommended that you have at least one jobs worth of PQS experience working on projects, including, but not exclusive to, Residential and Commercial projects.

Due to the client facing nature of the role, along with the progression opportunities, excellent presentation and communication skills are vital.

You will be expected to learn from the senior members of the team, and an eager, passionate and enthusiastic attitude will show your willingness to progress.
