Senior International Compensation Analyst

A global leader in mobility management delivering international relocation and assignment services to international corporate clients on a worldwide basis, our client requires a Senior International Compensation Analyst to join their London team.

Role: Senior International Compensation Analyst based London [MPI-00645]

This role is a hands-on role, acting as the senior analyst on a small team, working closely with the Compensation Manager to ensure smooth service delivery to clients
Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates using clients policy
• Upload, calculate, and analyse changes to COLA, managing information from 3rd parties
• Prepare balance sheet calculations
• Instruct client home and host payrolls for allowances / deductions
• Reconcile payroll from clients’ payroll provider
• Provide on-going training to clients’ payroll
• Manage compensation collection process
• Obtain non-payroll expenses on a monthly basis and determine taxability
• Prepare home and host monthly and/or year end compensation statements.
• Liaise with client tax provider to determine tax eligibility list
• Perform audit of team deliverables

Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to juggle multiple concurrent deadlines is a necessity
• University degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in expatriate compensation
• Excellent understanding of expatriate taxation
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Big 4 experience a plus
• Excellent excel skills
• Ability to work under pressure and within timelines

Reporting to: Compensation Manager

Salary: £54,000
