Senior Interior Architect

Senior Interior Architect | High-end Residential | Up to £45,000pa

A growing design studio in Central London are looking for a Senior Interior Architect with a passion for high-end interiors and ‘design flare’ to join their studio working across London and International projects. Our client works on some of London’s most prestigious homes and is highly regarded within this sector for their portfolio of works. The studio is very collaborative with an emphasis on progressing designers from within, creating social events and integrating everyone into an award winning team.

The ideal person will have confidence in their ability, proficient experience working in a UK studio on high-end residential projects and have knowledge of working across all RIBA work stages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will:

* Develop High-end Interior Projects
* Lead a team of Design and Technical Architects
* Confidently present your ideas to clients
* Collaborate with contractors as required
* Develop design concepts/ideas
* Prepare technical drawings and assist with technical needs as required
* Liaise with contractors on site
* Assist partners and managers with general practice needs
* Uphold the practices current design language

RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
The following requirements are essential to this position:

* Part 3 or equivalent
* Confidence to present design ideas
* Senior Interior Architect experience
* Experience managing others
* High-end residential knowledge in the UK market
* Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD
* Very strong communication skills
* Astute attention to detail
* Very able to network and represent the practice at social events
