CRM Architect – 6 Months Contract

Location – Brussels

Please only apply for this role if you have both Dutch and French language skills (one fluent the other basic or passive at least). You must also have good English language skills.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Competence Centre is looking for a CRM Architect to strengthen its team and help with the multiple on-going and coming projects. The right candidate will be a CRM expert.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Business Experience

Mandatory – Strong experience in design of MS DX CRM Solutions in CRM 2011 & above

Preferable – proven background in Insurance business or equivalent (financial/Banking…)

Technical Experience

Mandatory – experience in MC DX CRM Application Development

Preferable – good knowledge of related Microsoft Products (SharePoint, exchange, MDM, parature…)

Functional Experience

Mandatory – excellent knowledge of CRM2011 (and higher)

Preferable – knowledge of Prince2 methodology

Determine whether or not a CRM Solution would be applicable

Take lead during first steps of a project (together with project leader)

Educate business to basics of MS DX CRM

o Description – once a project is approved, give basic CRM training to people who would be responsible to formalize requirements in order to minimize chance to cross package borders.

Translate requirements into architecture documentation

* Analyze requirements to translate them into IT solution design
* Make sure solution fits in enterprise architecture model
* Defend solution in architecture committee

* White-box black-box analysis & process flows
* Conceptual data model & wireframes

Quality control – verify implementation follows principles described in architecture blueprints and coach the analysts and juniors of the team
