About the Role
The Income Management Department has 3 teams and each team has a Senior Income Management Officer. They are responsible for Income Management Officers along with Team Support Officers and a Former Tenants Arrears Officer. They all report to the Income Management Manager. Collectively, they report to the Head of Income Management.
The Income Management Team is fast pasted – as we are constantly progressing and the role requires a confident individual, who has vast experience in Income Management/Credit Control/Debt Collection and has worked as a Solicitor. You must also have line management experience. The right candidate will have experience of carrying out supervisions, coaching and developing staff, have a ‘can do attitude’, great leadership skills and need to be able to attend court and present cases in front of a Judge.
