Senior Implementation Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Although initially Midlands-based, you will be flexible, providing cover across our portfolio.

Responsibilities and Duties

New Contract Implementation – responsible for the planning and implementation of new onsite contracts, including all aspects of recruitment, selection and performance management and the successful implementation of processes.

New Contract Handover – responsible for the effective handover to the Contract Manager.

Troubleshooting / Flexible Cover – provide management cover and troubleshooting expertise on any site and to evaluate and resolve any issues with relationships, processes or contract performance, sometimes at very short notice.

Customer Relationship Management – build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers at different managerial levels ensuring effective communication channels. Provide professional, comprehensive analysis and reporting packs on our performance against targets, KPIs and SLAs.

Operational Management – provide managerial support ensuring teams have clear targets, budgets, objectives, people management and customer relationship plans in place. To challenge onsite teams to ensure an ongoing drive for efficiency, increased performance and innovation in all areas.

Innovation / Continual Improvement – identify opportunities for innovation in service and operational model to ensure Siamo Recruitment delivers beyond current customer and market expectation.

Market / Competitor Development – provide regular reviews to the Senior Operations Team on market and competitor development across the onsite sector. Specific responsibility for proactive networking for the benefit of the business.

Compliance – to ensure the contract maintains compliance with all required legislation, company policies and procedures. Specific responsibility for ensuring compliance with the Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) and for creating and maintaining client specific AWR solutions. Accountable for implementing any process changes.

To work with the Senior Operations Team on ad-hoc projects across Siamo Group as required. This will be an opportunity to work directly with the Siamo Operations Directors.

Skills Required

* Experience in a fast-moving, service-led organisation, with specific responsibility for service delivery and customer relationship management within a multi-site, multi-party environment. Experience of the industrial or logistics sector and/or experience of working for/with a supplier of flexible workers.

* Excellent interpersonal skills – experience building and maintaining relationships with different functions and management styles.

* Proven record of managing multi-site teams – through all stages of recruitment, selection and performance management.

* Proven record of implementing operational projects from inception to handover.

* Excellent problem-solving skills within an operational environment.

* Proven record of creating comprehensive performance reports with statistical and written analysis, issue/opportunity/risk identification and associated summaries.

* Proven record of achieving enhanced service provision across a business unit, working within agreed KPIs/SLAs.

* Proven record of creating and delivering presentations to internal and external customers.

* Good IT literacy skills. Experience of Microsoft packages including Office 365.
