In the Senior HRBP role, your areas of impact will be the co-creation and roll out of the HR strategy and taking a lead role in the HRIS implementation.

 

This role will be based at our Head Office in Islington, with visits to sites, and will be a Hybrid role that will consist of 3 days in the office/on site and 2 days at home.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Working with the team, continuously review the strategy and its implementation for the HR function.
  • Partner with project leads to support them through coaching and mentoring on all people related matters; identify key issues and help design and roll out solutions to address them.
  • Continuously review (and challenge!) the people requirements for your business areas and translate them into actionable resource plans.
  • Lead on the talent and succession planning.
  • Take a lead role in the implementation of the new HRIS coordinating the team and the specialists for each module.
  • In partnership with the L&D team, contribute to design and roll out of the training (arising from the wider HR strategy or local requirements).

  • Passion for and keen in interest in HR
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Emotional intelligence – readiness to challenge and be challenged
  • Desire to roll up your sleeves – it is a busy role
  • Experience of managing projects (systems implementation)
