Senior Healthcare Assistant Snvq 2 (Adult Ld & Autism)

Danshell support adults living with a learning disability or autism with complex needs across 23 specialist health and social care settings in the UK. We work in partnership with the people who use our services and their families to ensure they have increasing choice and their voice is heard and acted upon at all levels of the organisation. We ensure that our services reflect the individuality of each person we serve and we uphold their right to feel safe and respected.

As a Danshell Support Worker you will assist the clinical team in the delivery of care to our service users which will promote service user personal pathways.

We provide full training and clear pathways to progress. Training includes Free Comprehensive induction, Leading & Managing in the Workplace, Maybo, Elysses, Root Cause Analysis, to name a few. We also cover the cost of your DBS check.
