Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year
An industry leading company based in Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join there expanding team.
You will join a small team who design innovative and leading edge products for a successful company who has globally renowned customers.
Key Responsibilities:
*R&D – Review and test of products and components which will be of use in future designs
*New product specification and new product design
*Existing product development – with specific emphasis on product cost reduction
*Product and circuit testing
*Helping to ensure smooth ramp into high-volume manufacture
*Support Pre sales team
Skills and Competencies:
*At least 3 years’ experience of electronic design and development
*Experience using OrCAD or Allegro PCB Design Software
*Experience bring a product to make, preferably form and R&D environment
*Ability to work under pressure and often to short time scales.
*Good communication skills both written and verbal.
*Able to travel to Poland for a few days every 2-3 months
Qualifications:
A degree in electronic engineering or similar
Salary:
£35,000 – £50,000 based on experience
