Salary: £66,000 – £84,000 per year

Senior Global People Partner £55000 – £70000 + benefits ( /HR Business Partner)

Hybrid Working 50% in Hemel Hempstead Head Office

About the role

You will be a forward-thinking HR professional, working closely with the Global Head of People and Culture and business leaders to design, develop and implement the People strategy. In your role you will lead on the implementation of the People Strategy and associated Global People Projects ensuring the Regional People Teams requirements are fed into the strategy and that they have everything they need to implement locally to ensure success.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Work with the Global Head of People and Culture to design and develop the Global People Strategy and lead its rollout and implementation.
  • Partnerwith the business on organisational design,workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment and development.
  • Lead on all Global peoplepolicies, contracts, handbooks and streamlining all people systems and processes ensuring full compliance to local and international employment law.
  • Create and drive people strategy, along with metrics and OKRs, including performance management, talent identification and succession, org design, employee engagement & communications, training gaps, workforce planning
  • Considering business priorities and needs, you’ll anticipate the needs of your stakeholders, diagnose problems, identify and drive appropriate solutions
  • Assist with key recruitment where required whilst ensuring best practice is shared across Regions.
  • Partner with leaders to develop our leadership capability and skills needed for our future success.
  • Foster diversity, equity and inclusion – helping to build community, cohesion and a sense of belonging around shared values, and ensuring an inclusive workforce where everyone feels valued and respected.
  • Analyse people metrics and risks adding further insight into the performance and capabilities of our teams and to share trends or determine opportunities for focus.
  • Ensure you have your finger on the pulse of the business and global people trends and feed

About You

will likely be an enthusiastic global or multinational HR Manager/People Partner who is data driven, highly organised and adept at managing multiple priorities.You will have helped develop people strategy at some level and been responsible for projects or initiatives from start to finish.

Desirable:

  • Global experience and expertise across multiple regions (e.g.Americas,EMEA,APAC,etc.).
  • Experience auditing HR practices and processes, and setting improvement strategies accordingly.
  • Systems implementation experience, from sourcing to successful implementation and ongoing embedding and improvement.
  • Experience of merging disparate styles, practices and cultures (whether merging functions, adding new regions,or merging companies) to create a combined collaborative and successful team.
  • Practical employment law experience gained within the countries we operate would be a plus (e.g. Taiwan, China, USA, France, Germany, etc.).
  • Language Skills would also be beneficial,(Mandarin,French,German,etc.).
